WE did a bridge loan so RESPA didn't apply and didn't have to provide a GFE but when the HUD was generated it shows our charges under the GFE section and compares to what is under the HUD section and shows a tolerance, my question is this
even though we didn't provide a GFE is this okay that it is broken down on the HUD that way???

I would not use a HUD-1 on a non-RESPA transaction.

I sure at least wouldn't use a new HUD 1!
