What tickler system (software) are you currently using? We have recently changed all our ticklers from a messed up old software program into paper and now need we need to come up with a new software system. Please send me then name of the tickler system you use if you are pleased with it. We run the Jack Henery Bank Software Platform. Thanks

We are a Jack Henry bank and use Baker Hill as a tickler system to track exceptions, etc.

We are a JH bank and use JH's query system to build our various tracker reports.

We are a JH Bank with Silverlake and we use Applied Micro Techology's LQAS System. This system does integrate with JHA.

We created a CIP exception tracking report on JHA. Each branch could print its exception report by selecting a menu option from their Branch Menu screen. I think it was built off the the loan exception tracking system, but I am not sure.

Exceptions were keyed to the system by back office personnel when an exception was identified. Branch personnel were responsible for printing list at least weekly. Compliance could print by dates to follow up on older exceptions.

I know the posts above are old and I am hoping to gain a little more knowledge on the tickler systems that are being used out there. I am familiar with Baker Hill in my past life and someone said they used Applied Micro Technology's LQAS System which integrates with Jack Henry (which we have). What I am looking for is a tickler system that will allow you to pull up a customers name and you can see all the items that he needs. Baker Hill does this but what else is out there. Thanks

Most core systems have a business analytics / report writing software component that would probably allow you to do this.

Our system (FiServ Premier) has stock reports for ticklers that are due, but it wouldn't generate if not due.

We can also look at the ticklers by name, since we do it globally, if we wanted to.

We use LQAS. Customer documents such as financial statements and tax returns are tracked at customer level. Loan specific documents such as title policy or deed of trust are tracked at the account level.

Accu Systems has a tickler tracking system that we utilize. It works well for us.
