Does anyone know it you have to file a SARs on a customer that had Notice of Levy put on is account? It is a very large amount.

You would only file a SAR if after reviewing the account you notice something that would normalay trigger a SAR. The service of a levy alone does not require that you file a SAR.

I would agree. Our compliance department reviews any customer that has a levy applied to their account for any suspicious activity. A SAR would be filed only if some was uncovered.
