Is it necessary to somehow document verification of the information provided to contact the realtor/settlement agent. Is obtaining it enough or do we have to show that we verified it in some manner?

I just enter the info as it's given to me, or hopefully, is on the sales contract. As far as SA's go...I typically have a list of those because many are used rountinely.
