An executive officer at ANOTHER bank made some loans at my bank. We reported the loans to the Board of Directors. I couldn't find anything in Reg O regarding requirements for loans made to executive officers of OTHER banks... Are there any?

Depends if the other bank is a correspondent bank or not. There are no reporting responsibilities, but preferential terms would be prohibited.
