I realize this is stupid but I have struggled to make sure I am doing my ETIL and final correct. the APR can't change 1/8 of 1%--how do I figure if I am correct? I have one loan the ETIL was 6.013 the final TIL is 6.020. .07 basis points I believe is okay. AM I???
