We have a customer that is on a mortgage but not listed in the Note. She wants information regarding the Note. Can we provide this to her since she is on the mortgage or is it a privacy issue?

She should have received a copy of the TIL, and she would be losing her property if the loan goes into foreclosure. IMHO, you can provide it to her.
