When changes were made to 1026.20 (c) and (d) to be Effective 1-10-2014, it was apparent that loans originated under FHA and VA would not meet the new requirements so, as I understand from the preamble. So for these loans the effective date as extended to 1-10-2015 with changes to be made to their guidelines to comply. Ok....where am I missing this in the regulations. Please point me in the right direction. Thanks for any help.
