Does an acquiring bank have to provide certain disclosures to HSA customers of the acquired bank at time of acquisition?

What does the current HSA agreement say about transfers to another custodian? Other than that, I am not sure what disclosure would be necessary. You would just start servicing the HSA as the new custodian under the current custodial agreement.
