A Co-op insurance company approached us to open an account which doesn't fit directly into a particular spot for our CIP procedures. It's owned by all policy holders. Not sure what the traditional documents are that are expected. They gave us Bylaws, a charter, a license from the state to operate a co-op/casualty insurance company. They are not registered with DoS, I think we should be treating them under the NGO/Association category, but any advice on document expectations would be appreciated.

Document expectations are what you make them. Sounds like you have enough to me. I am sure you can verify their continued existence through your State Department of Insurance.
