Where can I find information on closing an account that we suspect may have been set up by someone other than who they say they are?

I am not sure that I understand your questions. Generally speaking, you close an account based on the processes outlined in your T&Cs.

in your bank's terms and conditions where you discuss that the bank has the right to close an account at any time for any reason...
