I have a customer who owns a home and is taking out a loan to purchase another home which will be torn down, a new home built on the site and then his original home will be sold and he will move into the new home that was built. When reporting to HMDA, is he buying a 1-Owner Occ Principal Res or a 2-Non Owner Occ Residence. He will be making it his owner occ residence -- just not at this time. What do you think?
