Yes, you can resubmit a corrected LAR...there is a deadline, however (I don't know what it is off the top of my head) to have the corrected one actually make the public disclosure...but for exam purposes, you would want to resubmit, regardless, IMHO.

Should you choose to resubmit (it depends upon the effect of 2 loans on your percents), the deadline is on page 3 of the newsletter for 2012.

If you submitted online, you just do the same thing. If you are resubmitting by email, there are instructions in the FFIEC software help file.

We do this online. Is there a need for us to report to our regulatory agency that we are doing this? They were very small loans and probably represent less that 1%.

No reason. Just resubmit.
