New to HMDA. When calculating a rate spread on a mobile home (purchase) where there is no mortgage being taken on the property (dirt), do I select 1st lien or no lien on the rate spread calculator? We have a 1st lien interest in the mobile home but are not taking the real estate for collateral. I've looked in the HMDA Guide to Getting It Right but have been unable to find anything. Please advise.

Lien Status. For every originated loan, report whether the loan is secured by a first or subordinate lien on a dwelling or is not secured by a dwelling.

A mobile home meets the definition of a dwelling.
