We've received our edit report back and the very first check is if a parent company exists for our bank. We created a holding company several years ago that houses our bank and our title company. Does this mean that I need to provide the holding company information? On the transmittal sheet it as if we are a subsidiary. The wording is confusing because I don't think we are a subsidiary of our holding company.

You might want to ask managment but usually if you have a holding company then the bank is under it.
