Please clarify as I am getting grief from loan officers -
When a borrower is a corporation, and loan is HMDA reportable, do we need to have borrower complete GMI on a separate form from the application?

If the applicant is not a natural person (such as a corporation or partnership), you do not need to collect GMI.
