i'm reviewing our HMDA LAR - just going through our denials
& withdrawn applications. we do not report our HELOC loans - so if a borrower requests a HELOC and then withdraws his/her application - we do not have to report this correct?

If the bank elects not to report HELOCS, you do NOT report them, not matter if made, denied, withdrawn.
