I am working on HMDA and have two loans that I am second guessing myself on. Both loans are in business names. Do I report income or do I not? If I put in my codes for ethnicity, race and sex as 4,7,4 my hmda program brings up an error message to verify, and then if I do put in income it tells me 'income is numerical-verify'. If I do not put income it still brings me the message to verify.
I did look in GIR and it says if the borrower is not a person, you don't fill in income.

Any help is appreciated.

For reportable loans to non natural persons you report NA for income.

The Q error you're getting is just saying you entered something other than what was expected, please verify it's accurate.
