I have a loan where the application started out in the customers name. Since it is a trust, the loan has closed in .."The John Doe Trust". How do I report this? Do I still report the income of John Doe? What about everything else?

The GIR tells you how to report the specific sections if the borrower was the trust. see page 21 for starters.
