For ATR we calculate a DTI based on current employment income.....which is what we report for HMDA income.....However, based on expected income (not yet being earned), we have made exceptions to a low DTI that was calculated on current employment income...in cases like this would we report the current employment income used in calculating the DTI or the expected (not earned) income used in the exception decision for HMDA income reporting purposes?

You report the income that was used in the credit decision.
