I am curious as to what software others are using to actually collect the data...before it is scrubbed and loaded into the actual HMDA free software for submission. I am looking ahead for solutions before all the BIG changes hit.

We use HMDA Relief from Questsoft. It pulls from the origination system to populate the data and performs the validity and quality checks. It also does the submission for you.

What is your LOS? Can it pull from Core...or only the LOS?

I just looked at their interfaces, and they appear to only interface with the LOS, but they have interfaces with most of the major LOS players. We import from Encompass.

We use HMDA relief as well with Laser Pro and MortgageBot.
