With a qualified pre-approval program, the only issues I've seen is where the underwriters have contingencies that do not relate to the property.

In essence, the loan would be approved subject to a qualified property, and the only thing left to evaluate is the "acceptable property" - nothing else.

we are going to adopt a qualified pre-approval program and I would also be curious if anyone else had such a program and if so what issues they ran into.
