Hi All,

We have a commercial construction/end mortgage loan for an assisted living facility that has been approved not accepted (in Dec. 2017). The issue is that there is no address for the subject property. Would we report this to HMDA since it has no physical address?

Did they have a location selected? If so, it's reportable. If the Post Office hasn't assigned an address yet, you should be able to geocode by comparing a map of the location to a census tract map.
