Trying to compile a list of easy checks -- what do you all look for? Here are a few:

If a loan is made to an LLC (only), Age should be 8888 (applicant) and 9999 (co-applicant)
If occupancy code is "3", HOEPA Status should be "3"

Not going to try to create a list of if/thens. It would be never ending and soon too much to possibly be an 'easy check.'
Rather train when to use 8888 and 9999, etc.
There are a number of good charts out there that help with completing specific codes. The HMDA Academy set is one that I rely on.
