I would like to engage a company to do some pretext calling testing. Does anyone know of a company that does this?

Any customer service shop company should be able to provide such service. We used to use Customer Perspectives out of New Hampshire, mainly for customer service shops but we also had them inquire on accounts to see if CSR's were asking for the 4 pieces of authentication information they were required to obtain. Check for a shop service in your area and ask the question.
