Does anyone have an audit for BSA that they are willing to share?

Use the procedures from the new BSA/AML examination manual. To do anything else would get the audit criticized for not meeting the annual independent audit standards.

I am so glad to hear ricarey say that. We are approaching an FDIC audit date and I used that manual for the testing. I am glad to know it's the standard against which the audit will be measured.
BTW, AuditCrazy, I used the manual and found it very easy to follow as an audit program. Good Luck.

No offense intended, but since this has been in the forefront of BSA compliance for a year now and the independant audit is such a key component of receiving a good BSA examination, if you were not previously aware of the new examination requirements, you have to ask yourself, am I the right person to be performing this audit for the bank.

Follow the examination manual published by the FFIEC and your ensure complete coverage on issues. The one I use is
the FFIEC Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Examination Manual. Good luck.
