I am new to auditing so am looking for some help. I am doing an audit of the deposit account area and need to send out confirmation letters. Would anyone have a sample they would be willing to share? I'm not sure what I'm supposed to include in the letter. Thanks!

Not that this will help you much, but I believe we order pre-printed forms that we can pull/print system info on. The pre-printed part gives directions to the customers on what they should do as far as whether it's a positive confirmation and we want it back regardless of errors or if it's a negative confirmation and we only want it back if they think there's an error.

Our processer CSI pulls them for us and prints them on a form that they have. The cost is minimal compared to me attempting a mail merge and then printing.

We use ITI as our core system and employ the same process as TDM.
