Does anybody have any good financial reporting audit workpapers for a smaller institution. The only ones I can find as samples are of no use because many refer to SEC filings, disclosures and disclosure committees, and other things not applicable to our size Bank.

Most audit workpaper templates are proprietary ... but if you work at a bank ... your external auditors should be able to provide some examples for you .....
