We are regulated by the OCC. I am doing a Reg. DD audit. Under Account Disclosure/Schedule the question is asked, "Does the disclosure indicate the maturity date of the time deposit? [12 CFT 230.4(b)(6)(i)]" Our TISA disclosure has, "MATURITY DATE: Your account will mature in 13 months." Are we in compliance with Reg. DD or should our TISA disclosure have the actual date (i.e. 12/15/08) instead of the number of days or months until maturity?

You can state the term on a disclosure "request", but the date has to be disclosed on an actual disclosure.
