We have recently implemented branch capture - we image our work and send to our processor. We do not offer Remote Deposit Capture or Merchant Capture, just internal branch capture.

Does anyone have an audit program or ideas on what to review? I know we should look at internal controls (balancing, original items), but are there any other concerns????

I can't find anything out there on branch capture, it is all related to RDC.

We have purchased a manual from Sheshunoff relating to remote deposit and branch capture. I don't know if this would be of any help to you or not. I try to avoid Sheshunoff and their persistent telephone calls but this was a good buy for information on remote deposit capture. I have not looked at the branch capture info as we are not involved in that yet.
