I am doing a payroll audit and I am having trouble getting an answer to a simple question. I don't know how often employees need to have ethics training. Currently we do it every two years and new employees get it at time of hire.

I feel that is enought. We do train on sexual harasement every year.

Hmm, I think if you're a public company, you have to do it annually per SOX. We do it annually.

We are not Sox so we are not required for that reason.

We require Ethics Training on an annual basis as weel.
