I am performing a Night Depository Audit and learned that we have customers who drop off bagged deposits at the tellerline, which are not counted in front of the customer, and then the bags and receipts are picked up the next day when a new drop is made. Do you have a contract or agreement with these types of customers similar to a Night Depository Agreement? I suggested we should because I am not seeing much difference between dropping deposits in the Night Drop and dropping it at the tellerline. Am I missing something?
