Hi,

I am reviewing a flyer that one of our Mortgage Lenders wants to print and distribute. The flyer discloses trigger terms such as the percentage of down payment, term in months, amount of the payments. The annual percentage rate is discloses but only as "APR" is that acceptable or does it need to be at least spelled out once.

Also, the ad uses a particular propertly listing the address and showing pictures of the interior and exterior. It also lists a realtor and her name and contact information. As long as there is no other relationship is this okay to do? I am unsure of this practice.

Thanks for any recommnedations.

You have to mention Annual Percentage Rate at least once. or maybe have an asterisk APR* and then refer to it.

About the listing, becareful what impression that listing could give. I wouldn't want to associate the my lender with any specific property like that. Why would you do this?
