I had a question in regards to FDIC audits. If we truly feel that the violation given is out of line, what is our recourse? What would you do to escalate it to the next level and get clarification?

Call the regional office and talk to the regional compliance supervisor/director.

If you have already gotten that far, then the next call would be your regional ombudsman.
