I was wondering if any banks currently require their customers to update their night deposit contracts periodically.

The objective would be to update any name changes, add/remove deputies, and/or update for any deaths.

Any comments are appreciated.

Talk to your legal counsel, but since these are normally signed by commercial customers, I see little practical application to the suggestion.

A lot of Banks struggle with this issue. If the service is just a night drop and not providing the customer with change orders or cash back. One way to reduce risk is to not place the deposit receipt in the bag. Then there is little value in updating the contract. With fast food restaurants and convenience stores, Banks would be updating contracts every week.
