Does anyone else require that on-site inspections be done for their ACH Originators (on an annual basis)? Is this a NACHA requirement? I'm trying to determine if this is a NACHA requirement or just something that my bank requires.

We only have a few and we have not done on-site inspections.
Are you a KU JayHawk fan?

NACHA Rules do not require the ODFI to conduct onsite audits. If your customer is a third party sender or a "high risk" originator, it's not a bad idea.
