Has anyone created a Red Flag monitoring program they would be willing to share? I have incorporated things into my loan and HMDA review. I also monitor returned mail and the lists of all credit reports pulled. I just don’t have a formal review program and I am not sure what I really need to be looking at. The examiners did not do much the last time they were in other than look at the policy and ask a few questions. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Like any audit, you should be testing to your bank policy - not what other peolple may or may not be doing as part of their red flag program.
