I am working on a governance program for third party vendors. Can anyone share with me a vendor agreement that they use that vendors sign agreeing on providing financials, consenting to audit, metrics, policy and procedure reviews, etc.)? And possibly a checklist that you use to onboard vendors?

I can't share our internal documentation but our legal team or the relationship owner will generally red line the vendors MSA or SoW to require that they provide financials and agree to specific business terms.
