We plan to offer to make a donation to any county high school if a checking account is opened at a new branch. I cannot find anything that gives any restrictions to this promotion. Am I missing something?

If you're not providing a donor list to the schools involved, I also don't see an issue, but hopefully the Andy's of the world will read this and reply with their deep thought compliance chatter.

I however...want to remind you that the donation could be qualified for CRA credit if it is made to a school located in or serving a majority of low and moderate income children If you want the most bang for your investment buck...think about this while choosing which schools to donate to
