We have an account (CD) set up as- Joe Smith, ITF Downtown Funeral Home, Irrevocable Burial Trust, using Joe Smith's social security number. Mr. Smith now wants to cash in the CD. Can we do this? It is Irrevocable, however, can't a person change his mind on where he wants to be buried?
