Can an Authorized signer on a checking account receive a check card or ATM card in their name?

On consumer accounts, any guidance regarding the powers of authorized signers, convenience signers, or agents would either come from 1) state law or 2) the terms of your contract, or 3) your bank's policies.

If 1) and 2) don't offer any direction, you should definitely develop a response in 3).
