Is anyone using the ATM Overdraft Protection fee notice that says, "your financial institution has indicated this transaction will overdraw your account. If you continue you may be charged an overdraft fee. This fee is in addition to any other fees you may be charged! Select continue if you have read and agree with the fee notice above, otherwise select cancel"

Our processor is trying to get us to purchase this screen.

Yes we have that. I can't remember if its required or just highly recommended under the OD protection guidelines.

It's a "best practice" that's included in the 2005 ODP Guidance Documents.

You'll find a link to each of the two documents on the BOL Launch Pad at http://www.bankersonline.com/launch/launch.html, under "Courtesy Overdraft Programs," "ODP Programs," or "Overdraft Protection Programs."
