Is there a requirement to have the bank's privacy notice available on the website? If there is not, does anyone see an issue if we have a "Privacy Policy" link to an "IT" information sharing and security disclosure on the website,and not our Regualtion P - privacy notice?

There are no requirements to have your privacy policy on your website.
