When making term and or product changes to a time deposit upon maturity are we required to reproduce a truth-in-savings disclosure? The original account structure such as name, address, account number have not changed, customer is just making changes during their grace period.

If the original term is greater than one year you are required to provide a new "soup to nuts" disclosure at maturity regardless of whether there is a change in terms. Subsequent disclosures are addressed at 1030.5. .
