We are looking for a company that has ira folders for storing the information on the customer
that has seperate divisions for filing original setup papers- distributions-contributions- etc.
The ones we have are from Bankers System which only have one envelope type folder so over
time its not as easy to keep your files in good order.

Take a look at the file folders that are used by the loan department - there is 3-4 dividers built in that may be perfect for the level of organization that you have in mind.

I wish people around here were as organized as this idea appears to reveal about you.
