We are changing some of our personal accounts as well as some misc. charges under our fee structure.

I know we need to send out disclosure to personal account holders, however do we also need to send out disclosures to business and CD customers?

Thanks,
lisa

There are no regulations on the deposit side that impact reporting changes in the Schedule of Fees and Charges to business customers, but it's always good PR to forward notification. CD customers need to be notified onlt if the changes impact CD's.

You need to give consumers a 30 day notice.

You need to review your business depositor's contract to see if you specify any requirements on changing the terms of the contract. You may also need to review any applicable state laws. Regarding changing the terms on a CD - that is normally not allowed until the time of renewal as it is a contract for a specific period of time....
