If an account is a NOW account, does the NOW have to be part of a deposit product title? Ex. Premier NOW Account or does Premier Account suffice?

You can call any account by any name you choose too (as long as it is not trademarked).

The original significance of "NOW" accounts is lost in antiquity. Banks & their customers would be better off if banks stopped using the term.
