We have several individual Rep Payee accounts with the Behavioral Health Entity as Rep Payee. The Behavioral Health Entity wants to name four individuals to be able to sign on behalf of the beneficiary. Since the Behavioral Health Entity is the Rep Payee, as long as there is a resolution naming the four individuals are we authorized to do this?

If they are an entity, I am not sure how else they would accomplish letting you know who is authorized to make withdrawals from the accounts on behalf of the entity.
