A customer had an attorney prepare a deed. Since the attorney is not part of closing can we disclose deed preparation on block 6 (required services that you can shop for)? Then on the HUD disclose in series 1300? Or does it need to be disclose under title services? Thanks!!!

did you require an attorney, or did the customer 'want' an attorney to prepare it?

Okay, so if you didn't require it, it can simply go down into the 1300 section like you would do if a customer wanted a termite report that your FI didn't require. No tolerance, no worries.
