Shouldn't these fees on a mobile home purchase be included in GFE block 7, govt. recording fees? We have a settlement agent telling us their system will only put it in block 8, transfer taxes. That doesn't sound right to me. Thanks.

Not sure what a lien entry fee is but the UCC filing fee goes in Block 7.
